Happy 250th America

Happy 250th, America. The Experiment Continues. Today America turns 250. For me, this day is deeply personal. I carry within me many stories. The lineage of Vice President Aaron Burr, one of the founders who helped shape this nation. The bloodlines of my African ancestors from Benin. The resilience of my Indian ancestors from Calcutta. The wisdom of my Indigenous ancestors whose footsteps remain across Virginia and South Carolina. Like millions of Americans, my family history is not simple. It is beautiful. It is painful. It is contradictory. It is America. Our nation was built by extraordinary courage while also carrying extraordinary injustice. Both truths deserve to be remembered—not to divide us, but to teach us. As we celebrate 250 years of freedom, I believe the greatest patriotism is not pretending we have always lived up to our ideals. It is choosing to keep building toward them. What troubles me today is not disagreement. It is watching people hide their faces while expressing hatred toward other human beings. Fear has never built civilizations. Love has. Curiosity has. Courage has. Whether we one day discover we are not alone in this universe—or simply come to better understand one another here on Earth—I believe humanity will ultimately be measured by one question: How did we treat each other? Bob Marley called it One Love. Our founders called it a more perfect union. Many Indigenous traditions remind us that we are all relatives. Perhaps these have always been different languages pointing toward the same destination. That is why I’m so excited about what comes next. Not just another organization. Not another conference. Not another political movement. But a new game we can all choose to play. Founders League 2276. The Game of Life. A sport where communities compete to create opportunity instead of division. Where reputation is earned through contribution. Where innovation creates prosperity. Where artists, entrepreneurs, veterans, educators, builders, investors, technologists, farmers, parents, students, and neighbors all play on the same team. When I watch FIFA unite billions of people through the spirit of sport, I see something much bigger. Competition can bring out the very best in humanity. Imagine if we applied that same energy to building stronger communities. Creating businesses. Mentoring young people. Launching ideas. Supporting local economies. Creating opportunity for one another. What if every act of contribution became part of a living economy? What if every person could build their own trusted network while strengthening everyone else’s? That’s the future I want to help build. Through HUMN, we’re exploring what that future could look like—a world where technology strengthens trust, expands opportunity, and helps people build meaningful relationships and thriving local economies. The next 250 years won’t simply be inherited. They will be designed. By us. Together. So today, on America’s 250th birthday, I celebrate not perfection. I celebrate possibility. I celebrate every ancestor who carried us here. I celebrate every generation yet to come. And I invite anyone who believes humanity still has its greatest chapters ahead to join us. Let’s continue one of history’s greatest experiments. Let’s build stronger communities. Let’s create new opportunities. Let’s prove that freedom is something we keep building together. Happy 250th, America. The experiment continues. The future is still being written. Sending each of you so much Love Just call me Queen of LibertyFi Founder, HUMAN and Founder, of the Founders League 2276 “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” — And perhaps the next 250 years begin with a simple decision: not just asking what America can become, but asking what each of us is willing to contribute to help it flourish.
